At IDPaaS, we take the security and authenticity of ID cards for first responders and government agencies seriously. Our meticulous vetting process ensures that only authorized individuals receive official identification.
To initiate the process, customers are required to fill out a comprehensive form providing essential details. Subsequently, our expert team verifies the authenticity of the provided information, confirming the applicant’s status as a first responder or a member of a recognized government agency.
This authentication step involves thorough scrutiny and cross-referencing with reliable databases and official records to guarantee the legitimacy of the applicant’s credentials. Once the verification process is successfully completed and the applicant’s eligibility is confirmed, we proceed with the printing of their ID cards.
By adhering to stringent verification protocols, we uphold the integrity and credibility of the ID cards we produce, ensuring that they serve as reliable credentials for those who serve and protect our communities.
If your proof is approved before noon EST, the order will be shipped same day. If approved after noon EST, it will ship within 2 business days.
Our ID cards are standard credit card sized, or 2.125 x 3.370 inches. They can be produced in both vertical (portrait) and horizontal (landscape) format.
Typically, an ID card includes the individual’s name, photo, job title, and organization. Additional details may include an employee ID number, department, and expiration date.
By integrating advanced security features like holograms, microtext, and UV Green technology, it will heighten the security of the ID cards, rendering them virtually immune to counterfeiting or unauthorized duplication. These features not only enhance visual appeal but also provide multiple layers of authentication, ensuring the utmost protection for first responders and government agencies.
We accept all major debit and credit cards.
Using features like holograms, microtext, and advanced printing techniques like forensic dot on dot printing can make it difficult for unauthorized parties to duplicate ID cards accurately.
ID cards should be updated or replaced when there are changes in personal information, job roles, or if the card is damaged. Regularly updating access permissions and conducting periodic card audits are also good practices.
